Kaylee Pelczarski serves as the Owner and Founder of RAWXKAYY Personal Training. With a background in personal training, nutrition coaching, and corrective exercise, she established RAWXKAYY to deliver structured, results-focused coaching through a leadership-driven model. Her work emphasizes accountability, sustainability, and operational excellence across all levels of the organization. Kaylee leads RAWXKAYY with a commitment to integrity, consistency, and the core principles of Results • Alignment • Wellness.

Chief of Staff
David Pomeroy is a former infantry Marine, seasoned sales professional, and fitness enthusiast with over a decade of experience helping people and teams reach their full potential. His time in the Marines taught him discipline, leadership, and how to thrive under pressure—skills he brings to every project at RAWXKAYY. With years in sales and the fitness world, David knows how to motivate, build relationships, and get results. As Chief of Staff, he keeps the team aligned, operations running smoothly, and big ideas moving forward. Outside of work, you’ll find him pushing limits in the gym, exploring new challenges, or helping others achieve their goals.

Director of Operations
Gabriel Edaburn has 7 years of fitness experience and has been actively training clients for about a year. He is based in Southern California, where he spends most of his free time at the beach, hiking, or watching and playing hockey. Gabriel joined RAWXKAYY because it aligns with his belief in progress over perfection and the importance of building a strong, supportive community. Based in West Virginia, Sherri brings a high-impact, people-first leadership style backed by a Bachelor of Science in Health & Wellness from Kaplan University. Ivy Kerns is a former cadet and graduate of The Mountaineer Challenge Academy. She resides in Maryland and brings experience in customer service as well as volunteer support at her local women’s shelter. Ivy is known for her positive attitude, strong communication skills, and dedication to helping others achieve their goals. She combines her energy and passion for service with a commitment to supporting RAWXKAYY clients and trainers across her region.
A devoted Christian, Ivy lives by her faith and believes in giving glory to God in all accomplishments. Her favorite Bible verse is John 3:16. She inspires those around her to stay persistent, work hard, and turn their goals into reality.
